I have been thinking about this recipe for a week and finally I got to build this beauty amongst burgers. Its a fantastic seafood burger with tons of flavour and a some great prons.

Recipe:
Curry ingredients:
* sunflower oil 2 tablespoons

* grated red pepper (1 pepper for medium heat)

* 1 egg
* Grated garlic 2 teaspoons
* Garlic cloves 2 teaspoons

How To
Make the curry
* sweat the onion
* sweat the garlic ginger and red pepper
* add the rest of the herbs for the curry paste
* add the tomatoes, the chicken stock and the yoghurt
* Let it simmer

Make the shrip burger
* chop 250 grams raw shrimp
* mix with 1 egg
* mix with garlic, ginger and salt
* mix breadcrums
* form the burgers on a sheet of baking paper
* smoke the burgers for abour 15 minutes on 200 degrees celsius or 400 degrees fahrenheit.

Finally grill the burger and assemble the burger
