How To Make Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
- ½ cup luke warm water (120 ml)
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast (10 ml)
- 1 teaspoon sugar (5 ml)
- 1½ lbs. (~5 cups) bread flour (680 grams)
- 2 teaspoons salt (10 ml)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 1¼ cups water (300 ml)
How To:
- Mix the yeast, luke warm water, sugar and let it rest until its all foamed out
- Mix the yeast and the rest of the ingredients
- Knead the dough and add flower if the dough is too sticky
- Knead for about 5 minutes until the dough becomes silky soft
- Let it rise for half an hour
- Form nice round balls
- Press and stretch in to a pizza
