How To make candied bacon
Ingredients:
- slices of bacon
- 1/3 apple cider vinegar
- 2/3 brown sugar
How To:
- Mix the sugar and the vinegar
- lay out the slices
- Render of the fat untile the bacon is almost hard
- Mob with the syrup every 5 minutes until you get a nice thick coating with caramelized syrup.
