Filet Mignon

Filet mignon grilled on the big green egg mini
 

Ingredients:
- Beef Tenderloin
- Bacon
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
 
How To:
- Clean up the tenderloin
- portion the tenderloin
- wrap the filet mignon in bacon
- Salt & Pepper on both sides
- Grill on both sides
- Place the filet mignon over indirect heat until the core temperature reaches 54 degrees Celsius or 130 degrees Fahrenheit
- Let the filet Mignon rest a few minutes before you serve it.
