Ingredients:
- Beef filet (lean beef)
- Beef stock
- Fine chopped paksoi
- Fine chopped red onion
- Grated garlic
- Grated Ginger
- Fine chopped red pepper
- Slices of lime
- Taugé
- Hard boiled eggs
- Cilantro
How To:
- Chop the vegetables
- Grate the garlic and the ginger
- boil a couple of eggs
- Boil the noodles
- Grill the beef
- Heat the beef stock
- Place noodle in a bowl and add vegetables and herbs.
- Poor in the stock until 2/3 is submerged
- Cut the beef in to thin strips and add to the bowl
- Add the lime and boiled eggs
