Grilled Venison

grilled venison
 

Ingredients:
- Venison rib rack
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- pepper & salt
- 1 fresh rosemary twig
- 1 garlic clove
 
How To:
- Chop up the rosemary and the garlic clove
- Mix it with the olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
- Grill the venison steak 3 minutes on each side
- When they are almost done brush on the herbs vinaigrette
- Let the meat rest for about 5 minutes.
- Serve on a hot plate
