- Hanger steak
Ingredients for the marinade:
- 4 fresh green stalks thyme
- 1 red chilli pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon coarse salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
How To:
- Chop the ingredients for the marinade fine
- Grind them into a paste, you could also use a kitchen machine
- Take out the centre sinew from the hanger steak
- Marinade the steak for 4 hours
-Grill the steak to your liking over direct heat.
