Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 425 gr chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
- a large garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
How To:
- Throw all the ingredients in a mixer and mix until it turns into a smooth paste.
- When you serve sprinkle some olive oil and paprika powder on top.
- Serve with flatbread or Giant Croutons
