Ingredients
- Flat white bread sliced in two
- a bulb of garlic
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- a hand full chopped parsley

How To:
- Mix all the ingredients
- Brush the ingredients on the bread
- let ist soak in for a while
- Grill the bread over direct heat
- Grill the bottom too
- The bread is done when its golden brown
