Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Minced lamb 600 gr- Ras El Hanout 3 teaspoons
- Salt Flakes 2 teaspoons
- Half a grated onion
- Two grated garlic cloves
How To:
- Mix the ingredients- Place the meat on a skewer
- Grill the meat over a direct fire, ready in about 10 minutes
- Keep on the the lid to prevent flare ups.
