Oh boy do I love my ceramic barbecues. I already have a big green egg large in my collection. Now finally, I can add the mini too. In this video I will be unboxing this beauty and assembling it.

+ Its a fairly easy assembly
+ The packaging was done very well
+ The big green fits together very well
+ There is an online instruction video that helps a lot
Negative
- The bottem vent is installed crooked.
- To proparly use this barbecue you need a nest or a stone. Otherwise you can burn the surface underneath the barbecue. I find it strange that something so essential is not included in the package.
