Naan has long history which goes back to the days of the first clay ovens. Its not strange that naan has been around for so long its a thin airy bread which is easy to break and share. It has a white bread flavor with nice crust and adding clarified butter on top makes it taste almost creamy.
The best part about making naan is that it is easy and kids love making it. So why not get them involved. Try this recipe and let me know what you think.
