I you like your food extreem hot, then this is the recipe for you. I named these balls "painballs", because they will litteraly will bring you pain.
- 200 grams minced meat
- 2 cloves grated garlic
- 1 teaspoon dryed thyme
- 1 teaspoon dryed Rosemary
- Good amount of pepper and salt.
- Extreme hot barbecue sauce 200.000 scoville
- Extreme hot chili sauce
- Slabs of bacon
- Mix the minced meat and the herbs and the extreme hot barbecue sauce
- Roll the minced meat in to meatballs
- Wrap the meatballs in bacon
- Smoke the PAINBALLS at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 Celsius
- Mob the meatballs with extreme hot chili sauce
- Smoking the meatballs will take about 15 minutes
- Can be served cold as well.
