Cranberry Hanged Smoked Spare Ribs

Hanged cranberry ribs

Smoked with just a great dry rub. Hanged in the ProQ Excel 20 smoker ( napoleon 3 n1 smoker)

Hanging the ribs will give you amazing looking ribs. This is something the weber smokey mountain can't do.

Hanged Cranberry Ribs
- Belly ribs
- French mustard
- Cranberry Dry Rub

How To:
- Apply a nice coat of French mustard on the ribs
- Sprinkle on a liberal coat of cranberry dry rub
- Hang the ribs in your smoker
- Smoke for 5 hours at 225 degress Fahrenheit or 110 degrees Celsius

Cranberry dry rub:
- ¼ cup dryed cranberries (sundried cranberries, dryed again for 48 hours)
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic
