Pinchos de Mojo


Pinchos de Mojo - Excellent Skewers for a summer barbecue. Check out this video recipe and see how to make your own.




Recipe

Ingredients:
- ½ cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves chopped fine
- Juice from 3 limes
- Juice from 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon ground oregano
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- tablespoons chopped flat parsley
- Flank steak

How To:

- Mix all the ingredients, except for the flank steak
- Slice the flank steak in to ¼ strips against the grain
- Marinade the flank steak strips for 2-4 hours
- Put the strips on a wooden skewer
- Grill the skewers on each side for 1 minute while brushing on the left over marinade
