Chicken & Bacon Muffin



Chicken and Bacon Muffins video recipe. In this video I will show you how to make an impressive looking chicken recipe.






Ingredients: for 5 persons
- 5 Boneless chicken thighs
- dry rub
- 20 strips thin sliced Bacon
- Olive oil

Ingredients for dry rub:
- 2 ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup coarse salt
- 1 cup paprika powder
- 6 tablespoons dried parsley
- 6 tablespoons dried basil
- 6 tablespoons dried oregano
- 6 tablespoons dried thyme
- 6 tablespoons dried onion powder
- 6 tablespoons dried parsley
- 3 tablespoons coarse ground pepper
- 2 teaspoon allspice
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon


How To:
- Oil your muffin pan
- Place four strips of bacon to cover all of the cup
- Sprinkle the chicken thighs with the dry rub
- Place the chicken thighs in the muffin pan
- Bake the muffins at 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- The Chicken and Bacon muffins are ready when the core temperature reaches 75 degrees Celsius or 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Take the muffins out of the pan and grill them for a nice colour.
