Grilling a wagyu steak to perfection on a salt plank

Grilling up a piece of wagyu ribeye like this is like grilling up a dream. To make it even more fun I used a salt plank


How To:
- Get yourself a nice steak
- Heat up your salt plank nice and easy (but very hot)
- Sear the steak over direct heat
- Oil up your plank
- Let the steak reach the desired temperature on the salt plank at indirect heat (I prefer 54 degrees Celsius or 129 degrees Fahrenheit)
