Bisque or shrimp soup

This is on of my favourite soups. The shels of the shrimp make this soup rich and creamy.

1 celery stalk
1 carrot
1 small onion
3 tabelsoons olive oil
500 gram Shrimp
50 gram tomato puree
200 ml white wine
1 bay leave
1,5 liter fish stock

How To:
* Chop the vegetables
* Grill the shrimp and place them in a pan over the fire
* Add the vegetables stir for about 5 minutes
* Add the tomato puree, the bay leave, thyme, the white wine and the fish stock
* Lit it simmer for about 15 minutes
*  Put everthing in the mixer
* Filter the soup and serve with some fresh grilled shrimp.
